1. Introduction

Welcome to SlammedServers ("we," "us," "our"), operated by MillareSystems. By purchasing, accessing, or using our game server hosting services ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Services Overview

SlammedServers provides game server hosting and related infrastructure services on hardware owned and operated by MillareSystems, colocated in professional datacenter environments.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account and use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All Services are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are due upon invoice or renewal date. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination.
  • You are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate and up to date.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 48-hour full refund for any reason after your initial purchase. After the 48-hour period, all payments (including renewals) are non-refundable, whether or not the Services are used.

6. Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive to maintain high uptime and reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary downtime. SlammedServers is not liable for downtime, performance issues, or data loss.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services for:

  • DDoS attacks, exploits, malware distribution, or any unlawful activity.
  • Hosting or distributing pirated content or violating intellectual property laws.
  • Activities that disrupt or interfere with our infrastructure or other customers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately if misuse is detected.

8. Ownership of Hardware and Data

All physical server hardware is owned by MillareSystems and colocated within a professional datacenter. Customers retain ownership of their own data and configurations hosted on the servers but grant us the right to manage, move, or back up data for maintenance or support purposes.

9. Termination

You may cancel your Services at any time through your client area or by contacting support@slammedservers.com. We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or if required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlammedServers and MillareSystems are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, service interruptions, or financial loss resulting from your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlammedServers, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The current version will always be available on our website.
